SHIPPING & RETURNS
Every order is rolled, packed, and shipped by hand, usually within a couple days of you hitting "buy." We box things up carefully since these are fresh and a little precious to us, so they should show up looking just as good as the day we made them. Once it leaves us, it's in the hands of the carrier, but we'll send you tracking so you're not left wondering.
Since everything's made fresh in small batches, we're not able to accept returns. Once it's yours, it's yours.
That said, if something shows up damaged or just wrong, tell us. We'll sort it out.
